1. Bottle unscrambler

The motor drives the vase faceplate to work through the gear drive. The bottles in the bottle hopper are turned from the bottom of the bottle unscrambling flower plate to the top of the bottle unscrambling plate through the semi-circular groove of the bottle unscrambling flower plate. Bottom-up bottles are turned over to complete bottle unscrambling.

2. Electronic Counting Machine

The bottle stop device on the bottle delivery track of the conveying bottle mechanism blocks the bottles conveyed by the upper equipment at the bottling position and waits for filling. The medicine enters the medicine warehouse in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate. The medicine warehouse is equipped with a counting photoelectric sensor.

3. Desiccant Plugging Machine

The bottle-stopping cylinder on the bottle-feeding track of the conveying bottle mechanism will block the bottle conveyed by the upper equipment at the position where the desiccant is filled, waiting for the desiccant to be filled, and the bottle mouth is aligned with the shearing mechanism.

5. Electromagnetic Aluminum Foil Sealer
