3. Product Introduction
(1) A pressure sensor is installed on the upper pressure wheel, and the average working pressure of the tablet can be accurately displayed through the amplifier and the display screen; at the same time, the maximum working pressure can be set.
(2) When the working pressure exceeds the set value, the machine will automatically stop in an emergency to play a protective role .
(3) The main pressure, pre-compression and filling adjustment part adopts displacement sensors.
(4) Through the adjustment of the 6 front handwheels, the main compression tablet thickness, pre-compression tablet thickness and filling depth can be clearly displayed on the display screen, which is convenient for timely adjusting the thickness and weight of the tablet.
(5) The lubricating part of the equipment adopts automatic lubricating systems such as electric lubricating pumps and metering parts to supply oil to the parts with relative frictional movement, upper and lower guide rails, pressure wheels, punches and turntable holes can be displayed on the touch screen in time according to actual work needs.
