1. FEATURES
(1) The punching plate combination is assembled by the upper, middle and lower parts by hot pressing and inserting.
(2) The middle plate is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, and after special treatment, the surface hardness can reach HRC55 or above, with good hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
(3) The upper and lower punching discs are made of QT500-7 ductile iron, which has good wear resistance and lubricity.
